Apollo ID

Apollo ID is a consumer platform that rethinks how people experience hospitality and nightlife. It acts as a digital identity, allowing users to discover venues, purchase tickets, order, and earn rewards in one place. Instead of fragmented, one off interactions, it creates a connected experience that builds over time and encourages deeper engagement across venues. Going out is inherently fragmented, with users moving across multiple apps and touchpoints to complete a single experience. This lack of continuity creates friction, limits engagement, and prevents any meaningful sense of loyalty or personalization across experiences. As the lead designer on the consumer experience, I owned end to end design across key entry points including ticketing, ordering, and memberships. I prioritized high impact features to drive early adoption, extended core mobile experiences to web to reduce friction, and built a scalable design system to support rapid iteration and consistency. These efforts contributed to a 216% increase in membership growth, while improved product experiences led to over 30% increases in user retention and engagement.
