Apollo HQ
Apollo HQ is a B2B operations platform for hospitality and live entertainment venues, designed to unify core business systems into a single ecosystem. It centralizes point of sale, reservations, ticketing, memberships, and CRM to streamline operations and improve how venues manage guest relationships. Operators often rely on a patchwork of disconnected tools, resulting in siloed data, inefficient workflows, and limited visibility into their customers. This makes it difficult to deliver cohesive guest experiences or build long term loyalty. As a foundational product designer, I led design across core operational workflows including point of sale, reservations, memberships, and CRM. I focused on simplifying complex systems, defining scalable UX patterns, and centralizing fragmented tools into a cohesive platform that improved usability and efficiency. This work supported adoption across more than 200 venues and enabled the platform to process over $19.5 million in payments and handle more than 60,000 point of sale orders. Improvements to system usability and infrastructure contributed to over $663k in point of sale revenue, while enabling faster iteration across teams.
